Watamu Sardegna 2
Jacaranda Beach Resort is located 8 km from the village, 13 km from Malindi, and 125 km from Mombasa Airport. Three saltwater swimming pools, a cozy library, and a wellness center offering professional massages are just a few of the amenities available at the resort
Highlights:
- Located on Sardegna 2, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kenya
- A renowned resort under excellent Italian management, famous for its extraordinary location within a protected Marine Reserve and set against one of Kenya’s most breathtaking coastlines, the iconic ‘Sardegna 2’. Right by the hotel, a strip of pristine white sand stretches into the ocean, emerging during low tide to create a spectacular landscape of small white atolls reachable on foot. A long fringe of palm trees completes this paradisiacal setting, offering unique and privileged swimming conditions unlike any other area on Kenya’s north coast. The resort spans over 50,000 m² of lush tropical gardens adorned with multicolored bougainvillea. Its vast extension, the pristine surrounding environment, and the Italian hospitality make it ideal for those seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday in touch with nature. For nightlife lovers, Malindi—with its casino, discos, and trendy clubs popular with the local Italian community—is just a 30-minute taxi ride away (€15/20 each way). Alternatively, the closer town of Watamu is reachable in 15 minutes (€10/15 each way) or via organized evening excursions arranged by the resort staff.
